Nathalie - Owner, certified nutritionist and Head Meal Prepper
With a passion for healthy eating and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Personal Training, Nathalie founded Nutricious to help busy people enjoy nutritious, balanced and delicious meals without the hassle of food planning, shopping and preparation. Combining her expertise and passion for working with fresh, quality and nutritious ingredients, Nathalie and her team create personalised meals that are tailored to each person’s individual needs, goals and lifestyle.
Susi & Fatma - Meal Preppers
Susi from Brazil and Fatma from Sierra Leone are our passionate and incredibly hard-working meal preppers. Their attention to detail in every step of the process and their passion for healthy eating are reflected in our dishes. They put their heart and soul into their dishes, creating a wide and exciting variety of flavours.
They also do most of the cleaning work and take great care to ensure that our glass tupperware is ready for the next Meal Prep.
Sam – Admin and Marketing
Sam is a qualified Life and Nutrition Coach. She knows how important a healthy and balanced diet is for the health of body and mind. Originally from South Africa, Sam has a background in Marketing and Communication. With her expertise, she supports the team with the organisation and ensures that various administrative tasks run smoothly in the background.

We source most of our ingredients in organic quality and supplement our product range with seasonal and regional fruit and vegetables from the Boog family in Hünenberg. They offer a wide range of vegetables and fruit of all kinds and it's always nice to visit their farm shop in Hünenberg or their market stall at the Metalli Zug on Saturdays to get inspiration for menus.
